He received his PhD degree from Tehran University of Medical Sciences (TUMS), School of Public Health in Sept. 2014. Dr. Kasaeian completed his BSc in Statistics at Shiraz University in 2002 and earned his MSc in Biostatistics from Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences in 2006.
Dr. Amir Kasaeian was born in 1979 in Isfahan. He received his PhD degree from Tehran University of Medical Sciences (TUMS), School of Public Health in Sept. 2014. Dr. Kasaeian completed his BSc in Statistics at Shiraz University in 2002 and earned his MSc in Biostatistics from Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences in 2006.
While working on his Ph.D degree in Biostatistics (2012), he received research fellowship award in National and Sub-national Burden of Diseases in Iran from Non-communicable Diseases Research Center (NCDRC) affiliated with TUMS. By the end of 2014, he joined the Hematology-Oncology and Stem Cell Transplantation Research Center (HORCSCT) and since then he has been working as an Assistant Professor in the dept. of Biostatistics and Epidemiology.
